A New Smile Rooted in Confidence

If you’re missing most or all of your teeth, a fixed, full arch restoration is a permanent, life-changing solution. Unlike removable dentures, this treatment provides a secure, natural-looking foundation for an entirely new smile—restoring your ability to eat, speak, and live with confidence.

At Clackamas Implant & Oral Surgery Center, we deliver full arch implant solutions using the most advanced surgical techniques and trusted Nobel Biocare system. Whether you’ve experienced years of dental issues or recently lost teeth, we’ll help you achieve a stable, functional, and beautiful new smile.

What Are Full Mouth Dental Implants?

Full mouth dental implants (also called full arch restoration) replaces an entire row of upper and/or lower teeth using 4 to 6 implants per arch to anchor a fixed prosthetic. These implants serve as artificial tooth roots, integrating with your jawbone to create a stable foundation for a customized set of teeth.

Unlike traditional dentures, implant-supported arches:

  • Stay fixed in place—no slipping or adhesives
  • Preserve your jawbone and facial structure
  • Look and feel like natural teeth
  • Allow you to enjoy your favorite foods again

Is Full Arch Implant Treatment Right for You?

This treatment is ideal for patients who:

  • Are missing most or all teeth in the upper or lower arch
  • Want a permanent alternative to dentures
  • Desire a smile that looks and feels secure and natural
  • Have enough bone or are open to bone grafting
  • Are medically cleared for outpatient surgery

Whether your tooth loss is due to decay, trauma, or gum disease, full mouth implants offer a fresh start and a lasting solution.

How the Process Works

1. Consultation & 3D Imaging
We begin with an in-depth consultation and CBCT scan to evaluate your bone structure and develop a custom plan using digital implant planning software.

2. Surgical Placement
During surgery:

  • Any remaining teeth are removed (if needed)
  • 4 to 6 dental implants are placed per arch
  • In many cases, a temporary set of teeth is secured the same day, so you leave with a confident smile

3. Healing & Osseointegration
Over the next few months, your implants fuse with your jawbone to create long-term stability.

4. Final Restoration
Your general dentist or restorative partner will attach a custom full-arch prosthesis crafted to fit your bite, facial features, and function..
